Shipping Policy

Shipping will be through the United States Post Office unless specified otherwise . The customs and duties are the customers responsibility. We will send you a tracking number that the Post Office issues us for each shipment via email when your parcel has shipped. In the unlikely event of the incorrect parts being shipped we will reship the correct parts once the incorrect ones have been shipped back, you will be credited for the return shipping.

Shipping Costs

0-5 lbs will cost $40 to ship, $6 per pound after that. All shipping costs are automatically calculated upon checking out, you can
preview your shipping costs by clicking the 'get quote' option at the bottom of the page after selecting your products.

Example- Set of complete wheels (25lbs) will cost $160 in shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Please call our Customer Service Department at 1.951.662.8923 if you are seeking a return or refund. We must enter your return/refund claim in our system and give you a return authorization number (we cannot accept any parts back without this number). We warrantee our wheels against any manufacturing flaws, but due to the nature of the sport we cannot warranty rims and spokes that have not been correctly tightened. We will be happy to explain correct wheel maintenance to avoid any unnecessary damage. Any refunds that are made will be reversed back on the same credit card that the original purchase was made.
