Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. FasterUSA ships using UPS ground unless otherwise stated, upgrades in expedited shipping are available at an extra charge (ask a sales representative for details). Most orders placed ship within 1-5 business days. We will send a tracking number via email when the package has been sent. Please note that certain products such as custom wheel orders may take an extra few days to build and ship. Please contact us if you would like an estimate on shipping time to your area. If your order is urgent and you require it by a certain day please call us and we will try to accommodate you, due to the nature of our products we cannot guarantee shipping times!

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday, orders placed on public holidays will ship the next business day.

Any backorders that are shipped separate from the original $100 order will be shipped ground free of charge. We require a physical street address for shipping orders.

Orders under $100 will have a standard $10 shipping charge. Upgrades in shipping are available for an additional charge.Parts that have been incorrectly sent will be resent with free shipping and you will be credited with your return freight charges. Incorrectly ordered parts will be returned with standard shipping. Return freight charges will be credited back. Replacement parts will only be shipped once we have received the original parts back in good condition. If you do not wish to wait we will recharge you for the ordered goods and credit you back when we receive the original parts back.

Returns & Refunds
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1.951.662.8923 if you are seeking a return or refund. We must enter your return/refund claim in our system and give you a return authorization number (we cannot accept any parts back without this number). We warrantee our wheels against any manufacturing flaws, but due to the nature of the sport we cannot warranty rims and spokes that have not been correctly tightened. We will be happy to explain correct wheel maintenance to avoid any unnecessary damage. Any refunds that are made will be reversed back on the same credit card that the original purchase was made.
